Privacy and data protection
Privacy notice
A clear account of the limited personal data used by the Prumora website, why it is processed, and the controls available to you.
Last updatedJuly 20, 2026
Scope and responsibility
This notice applies to the institutional website at prumora.tech. Prumora is responsible for processing website contact information. The Aprum and DataFluxo pages include concise notices about their current data, responsibilities, and boundaries; specific conditions may also be presented during contracting or access.
Information we process
The contact form processes the name, email address, related product when selected, topic, message, and language supplied by the visitor. Direct and inbound email may also include message content, headers, sender information, and attachments.
For abuse prevention, the server briefly uses the source IP address in memory to apply a rate limit. Caddy also produces technical access logs containing request and connection information needed for security and operation.
- Contact details and message content
- Language, product, and selected contact topic
- Short-lived rate-limit information
- Operational web and security logs
Purposes and legal basis
Information is used to receive and answer requests, maintain correspondence, prevent abuse, protect the service, troubleshoot failures, and comply with applicable obligations. Processing is limited to legitimate operational purposes, steps requested before a possible business relationship, and consent where applicable.
Providers and transfers
Resend processes outgoing contact messages and inbound email delivery. If you choose WhatsApp, the conversation opens directly in WhatsApp and is processed under Meta's and WhatsApp's applicable privacy practices; the Prumora website does not receive the message itself. The website also relies on infrastructure hosting and network providers. These providers process information only as necessary to deliver their services and may operate infrastructure outside Brazil under their contractual and legal safeguards.
Retention and security
Contact correspondence is retained only for as long as needed to respond, maintain relevant business records, or meet legal obligations. Rate-limit entries remain in application memory for approximately 15 minutes and disappear on process restart. Technical logs follow the server's rotation and operational retention settings.
Prumora applies access controls, encrypted transport, container isolation, secret separation, and restricted administrative access. No internet service can provide an absolute guarantee against every security event.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses the functional PRUMORA_LOCALE cookie to remember the selected language and the PRUMORA_CONSENT cookie to record the privacy preference. These first-party cookies are necessary to honor choices made by the visitor.
Privacy-friendly analytics can load only after an affirmative choice in the optional category. It remains disabled when rejected or while no provider is configured. We do not use advertising pixels. Preferences can be changed at any time through “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including Brazil's LGPD, you may request confirmation, access, correction, information about sharing, deletion or anonymization where appropriate, portability where applicable, and review of consent-based processing. Some information may need to be retained for legal or security reasons.
Contact and updates
Privacy requests may be sent to hello@prumora.tech. This notice may change when the website, providers, legal requirements, or product data flows change. The current version and revision date will remain available on this page.
